Morning Walk at the Tinlins on Oct. 9th, 2016

I woke up early this morning knowing  what today was going to bring.  I'm preparing myself for my daughter Jammie Lynn Shafer's memorial service.  This morning is going to be busy as Audrey and Emma are coming back this morning to finish the flower arrangements for the Memorial Service.  Have to be at funeral home at 11 am to confirm the Farewell CD and music are going to work in their equipment.  Displays and flowers have to be placed on tables.  So this morning I'm taking a walk around Tinlin's property and take pictures of all God's creations.  I'm crying as I walk on this cool crisp morning thinking about what I have lost.  I look to the heavens and pray for God's peace and comfort.  The sun is starting to come up leaving a beautiful cast upon the weeds.  I watch and try to capture some of the  beauty of this morning.

I can see the sun beginning to peak out through the horizon.  Looks like its going to be a beautiful day.
The sun is showing itself and look at the lovely fall colors on this patch of weeds.

Wow the sun is bright and I have some peace and happiness in my heart.  It's about time for Audy and Emma to arrive better try and finish up.

Right when I am returning back to the house  a hot air balloon appears.  Jamster fly high baby girl..
I'm noticing the leaves on the trees are starting to turn colors of red and yellow.  So very, very, pretty.

Enjoy this beautiful day Jamster as you look down at this wonderful day.

Chinese Lantern Sent to Heaven

Holding onto my grandson Brody as Audrey and  Larry prepare the lantern to send to heaven.  I know Jammie is loving all the things we have done today to celebrate her life. It is so beautiful to have so many friends and family to watch this event.

The Chinese Lantern went so high that we lost sight of it.  I'm sure it went to heaven and I bet the joy in Jammie's heart was overwhelmed when this lantern arrived.  Love you Jamster...

Jamster's Memorial Service

Journey music was all that was played at Jammie's Memorial Service.  This was her favorite band.

Jammie's brothers and family
Audrey, Emma and I went shopping to purchase everything we needed to make flower arrangements and photo boards for Jamster's Memorial service on Oct. 9th, 2016 which is tomorrow.
Audrey and Emma worked very hard on making these flowers arrangements for the funeral.

Front of room, where Memorial Service will be held.
All photo boards were put together by Audrey and Emma.  Pictures came from her Grandma and Aunt Jenny.

Her Grandma Grooms was loved so much by Jamster.

My Daughter’s Death Missing her but happy she is with my God

DONNA CHARLES·SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2016
“It has been many long, hard, agonizing battles for years and Jammie fought like a warrior,
every step of the way. Addiction fought her every step even to the end of her life.
To the people who doesn’t understand addiction, she is just another statistic, who chose to
 make another  bad decision.
A very uneducated statement indeed.   Nonetheless, that is what they will say
along with some other very hurtful statements. I don’t care, though,  because, for the
people who do understand, this was our only baby girl, our child, our daughter and
as a mother; my EVERYTHING. She was a mother, a sister, an auntie, a niece,
a granddaughter, a friend, a cousin, a human being and an addict.”   Her interstitial lung disease
did not stop her from smoking, with all the other illnesses she was fighting, all she
wanted was for God to forgive her and for him to remove her from this world.
She reached out to God and he took her to heaven to be with all the other angels.
She died peacefully in her sleep with no pain or gasping for air.  Thank you God,
for letting her die peacefully with no more pain.

Learning To Live Without Jamster

Too friends and family, thanks for being by my side through this very hurtful time. My daughter is in heaven now rejoicing with the other angels. I know this is quick notice, but I needed to go home and start my life learning to live without my baby girl. Will sure miss her phone calls and mother-daughter times together. At the airport and getting ready to board here in Dayton. Getting Jammie through security made me cry. Of course, they wanted to know what was in my bag, I told security, my daughter. Once they saw the bag had the funeral home information on side of bag they felt bad but still had to do their jobs. I told them to be careful with her and Delta carried her carefully and respected her remains. I'm sorry if I've said anything wrong to anybody as I'm in mourning. I am hoping i thanked people for all your kindness and help. To those, I did not please know that I'm truly sorry. I'm thanking you now. Time to board the plane so please pray for me and my family. Love everyone of you. Tracy Graves Tinlin and Lawrence Tinlin I will never be able to pay you for your hospitality to me and my family. The support you have given me will be forever in my heart and never forgotten.
